I've heard about Mirror Universe a lot lately through a podcast I listen to. After yet another episode of this podcast, where this beer was advertised, I finally decided to head out to the liquor store, and get some.
Fair State Mirror Universe 7% ABV 33 IBU
Originally a spring seasonal beer, Mirror Universe is now a year round beer, due to the popularity of hazy IPA's nowadays. It's a double dry hopped IPA, with Mosaic, Citra and El Dorado hops, with a malty forward, and a juicy back end.
The Verdict
I was rather impressed with this beer. It was hoppy, and very juicy. It was very flavorful on the back end. This is a really well made beer.
